Ever wondered who assists your House Manager in creating the best possible experience in our workspaces? We have a new answer to this question because as of this month we have a new Workspace Operations Manager, Priscilla. And we obviously want you all to get to know her so here is a little profile:

Can you tell us a little bit about yourself? How long have you lived in London, and what led you to work at the Trampery?

After sixteen years living in this incredible city, and over ten years working in the lifestyle and creative industries, when I found The Trampery, I completely fell in love with the vision and culture we bring to the workspace.

Which of the Trampery workspaces are we going to see you in most frequently?

You will see me on all sites. I see the Trampery as a wholistic experience that encompasses all our different venues so characteristic in architecture, members' values, and context.

Which workspaces have you already visited and which ones are you still due to see in person?

Fish Island Village is on my to-go-to list.

Do you have a favourite smalltalk topic for anyone who wants to approach you and get to know you in any of the members’ lounges?

YES - wellness and creativity and how they are intertwined. How to be looking after yourself and connect with the community brings the optimal inner environment to cultivate creativity.

Are you planning to attend the Trampery Summer Party? Where do you stand on the hot debate about whether or not Crocs are obsolete or worthy footgear?

Of course! I am Italian… Crocs? Ahaha

What are your recommendations for a healthy work-life balance, how do you unwind after work?

I did a workshop about this topic; this is so close to my heart. London is vast, and commuting sometimes takes away that vital private space we all need before and after work. That is why it is so important what we do at the Trampery. We thrive on creating a space where productivity and creativity are nourished, and at the same time, we want the workspace to meet individual and community needs beyond work, imaginatively…
